FÜRI GRIP™

Füri Grip knives were developed by the chefs and engineers at Füritechnics Australia, after worldwide success with their original Füri Pro range of knives and sharpeners. Füri Grip has the same patented* Füri handle shape, and now the advantage of a durable thermoplastic elastomer synthetic rubber handle, for the ultimate in comfort and grip.

Plus in an exciting new innovation in hygiene for home cooks, the engineers and designers of Füritechnics Australia have incorporated Füri Guard™ into the Füri handle moulding. Füri Guard™ is a proven** effective antimicrobial agent that helps prevent bacteria from developing on the surface of Füri Grip handles. For long term protection, Füri Guard™ is moulded with the rubberized handle and will not wash off or wear away.

All the knives in the Füri Grip range feature the patented* Füri handle for comfort and grip, moulded with Füri Guard™ antimicrobial for hygiene, exceptional forged bolster and hardened & tempered CrMoV stainless steel for edge retention and durability.

1. HYGIENE
 The addition of the highly effective Füri Guard™ antimicrobial agent to every Füri Grip handle for better hygiene in food preparation, again puts Füri at the forefront of knife technology and performance.

2. DURABILITY
Füri Grip, made from the finest CrMoV stainless steel, forged bolster, one-piece with blade, and strong tang for supreme strength. The handle core is made from ultra-tough moulded polypropylene (PP), with an injection-moulded synthetic outer layer of 'superior grip' thermoplastic elastomer (TPE, a durable synthetic rubber).

3. COMFORT & GRIP
 The patented* Füri wedge-shape handle prevents your hand from slipping forward even when wet or oily. The harder you cut the more the handle of the knife locks into your hand, making it safer and easier to control.

4. SHARPNESS
Made from the finest CrMoV stainless steel (hardened and tempered to ≈HRC56), for the ideal combination of edge retention, ease of sharpening and corrosion resistance.

5. BALANCE
 Füri Grip knives have a solid cast stainless steel counterweight mounted at the end of the handle for precision balance.
